People and Culture - Internal communication - Creating internal newsletters - Digital workshops and meetings moderation and organization - Raising awareness about positive team spirit and company´s culture through organising cultural events and cultural actions inside the company Back Office - Administrative Support - Onboarding and Offboarding - Ordering equipment for employees that they are using in their everyday business (phones, sim cards, laptops and company´s merchandise)

My main focus was recruiting. My first task was writing job ads. Afterwards, I was doing CV reading and selection. Planning and conducting interviews was the most demanding part of my job. I also assisted my director in decision making process.

Being an editor was not only proofreading and editing post from my journalists, it was also gathering experience in team-leading, co-ordinating with different people, sharing ideas, dreams and love for writing. I enjoyed sharing my knowledge in writing, reporting and preparing texts for publication. I especially had a good time in an iFemin column, when I had a team of girls who shared same opinions as me in this field.
