Managed source-to-order processes optimization and as Coupa system administrator, implementing and managing catalogues and driving user adoption to enhance procurement efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Launched and established procurement operations for new offices across Europe. Managed end-to-end indirect sourcing activities, including supplier development, contract negotiation, one time orders, and strategic frame agreements.
