Completed studies of production capacity managing bottleneck processes for a better performance. Plan new project according to the current capacity in order to assure just in time deliveries. Negotiate delivery times between sales and production departments according to priorities. Different strategic planning analysis to evaluate company performance.

Administration and control of production. Maintain continuity between shifts by communicating equipment location and operation status, maintenance problems encountered during the shift, thoughts and ideas, and required information. Ensure all repair and maintenance activities; including servicing and preventive maintenance, are on a priority basis and cost effective.
