I head various global HR roles along the 7+ years. The last one being the Director of Org & Talent Development.

Irish company based in the Czech Republic since 1994. Since then it expanded its name in the labour market in a very sucessful way and there are currently 13 different Branches across the country. In Prague, in one of the 3 Branches in the city - Grafton Recruitment - there are several different divisions and one of them is the Multi-Lingual Recruitment team - specialized in recruiting for multinational companies based in Prague.

-Receive clients needs: multinational companies – Shared Service Centres in Prague (SSC) -Prepare and publish the advertisements for the required positions -Responsible for the entire interview process -Follow up of each candidate’s application process -Some business development, acquiring new clients and maintaining an excellent relationship with existing clients

Worked in the Belgium AR team, requiring the daily use of French, English and Dutch. -Book the incoming payments -Contact other departments to clarify payments -Research clients accounts and previous payments to make sure payments are booked correctly

In-house teacher. Taught the General Director, and other directors (Sales, Marketing,etc) individually. Also taught small groups of other employees. Responsible for some HR administrative duties, such as preparing training materials employees,preparing diplomas and other tasks related to training.

Started as a trainee and became an independent journalist. Worked for the weekly program "Brussels International", a program which was focused on reporting the international side of the city: reports made were about EU politics, cultural events and general political and social issues. Interviewed some major international political players, singers and actors.
