Master of Science Thesis in "Digital pre-compensation for chromatic dispersion in QPSK high speed telecom systems". During my MSc project at Acreo I have been working with simulation of the bit-error-rate performance for coherent fiber optical transmission systems. I have characterized a kind of systems where the influence of fiber chromatic dispersion has been compensated in the transmitter. Digital signal processing implemented in MATLAB has been required as well as a good handle of VPIphotonics tool.

Exchange Student for one year. Completed courses: Optics, Microwave Engineering, Speech Signal Processing. During these courses I have worked on different projects with students from different countries which has increased my teamwork skills in an international environment.
