Career & Succession Planning - Implement and track the CSP process, collect and maintain up-to-date information about Petrom potentials and their development plans, prepare all necesarry materials for Talent Round Table meetings; Vienna Assignment - follow-up on "Talent Challenge" program, provide screening for nominations / enrollements in Group Development Programs, design the OMV Development booklet.

Organize soft skills catalogue courses, manage special programs at Company level & international level, screen training suppliers, PDS First Level Support, back-up for SAP key-user.

Trainer - participate in and deliver soft skills trainings and team-buildings for several romanian-based multinational companies; Project Manager - coordinate a training project with more than 400 participants and a budget of 300.000 EUR

Co-design and deliver training sessions, evaluate participants, integrate and accelerate the development of new colleagues, offer asisstance in difficult or special call-center calls
