Mark Rambow

I joined Twilio IoT in Berlin as a Senior Manager after an acquisition. I focus on bringing modern engineering methods, product thinking and performance culture to the team. As a site lead I also focus on building culture growth to Twilio in Berlin.

I joined AWS in Berlin as a Manager and built and launched the OpsWorks Services for Chef Automate and Puppet Enterprise. In that time I learned a lot more about performance management, had strong influence in product management,talked on several conferences including re:invent. My focus remained on DevOps and Agile methodologies which I adapted to the team, project and phase of the project. I got a lot deeper into strategic and business leadership.

I grew into a lead position in Dawanda, built a multi national team and ensured that engineering best practises, like agile methodologies, devops and test driven development were lived and well executed. My team grew up to 20 people.

Worked as one of the first engineers in an early phase startup. I did everything from backend to frontend, test driven development, implementing agile methods and devops
