Booking concepts to re-use swiss bank applications in countries of EU and cross-applicational test of booking quality, esp. related to foreign currency, VAT and withholding tax. Solution approach, requirements and support of prototyping of withholding tax reconciliation. Post-document bank account system use cases. Requirements technical measures to improve through-put. Requirements to enable upload of manual bookings.

IT Analysis of requirements for “FX Leveling" initiatives (avoid FX risk with P&L bookings). New functions were to be integrated in the FX-related IT value flows throughout the bank. Post documentation («skeleton use cases») for various central batch booking applications.

Working in a team for design, implementation, test and running of a data maintenance application with for-eye principle for the product catalogue to steer end-to-end booking process und to maintain bank account templates including interest rates (steps).

Business process engineering and IT change requests for manual bookings esp. including VAT operations. Analyze problems and defects in the consolidation phase of the new bank accounts system. Integration topics in a major program on products, pricing and conditions. Decision support to stop the program.

Analysis of booking quality (100 feeders), improvement measures, reporting, statistics.

Creation and integration of booking steering data for a new bank account system including support of impacted feeders (100) and down-streamers (1000). Analysis of design enhancements, tests and maintenance of the steering data application. Rollout of an alerting system (rule-based reactions to new bookings). Verification of the booking quality including the booking aggregation during a one year parallel phase.

Setup and run problem management, availability management and performance management for a Unix-/Oracle-front system integrated with the mainframe via 150 Services. Document the cost accounting systems and support the migration to a simplified cost accounting approach with PeopleSoft GL.
