Site Manager of the European Headquarters of the Cylinder & Accumulator Division in Cologne, with full responsibility for site operations and strategic execution of a $15M manufacturing business with P&L accountability, reporting to the GM and the Business Unit leadership team. Managed and developed an organization of 87 employees (31 direct and 56 indirect reports), strengthening leadership capability and operational performance. Drove growth and gross profit targets through operational excellence.

Owned end-to-end daily production operations with $14M annual output, leading 31 employees and 4 supervisors with full accountability for EHS, SIOP, forecasting, and production planning. Achieved 1,000 consecutive days without a lost-time accident by establishing a strong safety culture and driving rigorous EHS leadership. Led a comprehensive Lean transformation program, delivered cross-functional projects, including product relocations and international knowledge-transfer initiatives.

Served as Value Stream Team Leader, reporting to Production Management and responsible for the end-to-end execution of a multi-process manufacturing value stream. Led a team of 16 operators across CNC turning, milling, grinding, conventional machining, and assembly, ensuring high machine availability, process stability, and production output. Introduced multi-machine operation and workforce-flexibility concepts, increasing productivity and operational efficiency.

Team leader of 5 operators in a key manufacturing area, ensuring safe, high-quality, and plan-compliant production using CNC and conventional lathe technologies. Held accountability for core KPIs, including zero accidents, quality compliance, delivery performance, and inventory control. Implemented “Visual Daily Management” and drove continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity through structured leadership, team development, and empowerment of autonomous shop-floor teams.
