As a System Engineer for Requirements Engineering within the Driver Assistance teams, my role focuses on developing interface architectures for next-generation ADAS platforms, distributed features and HMI systems. I author requirements on concept, logical, and technological levels using Jama Connect and MagicDraw SysML models. I also act as an internal consultant to other feature and system engineers and contribute to the development of requirements engineering guidelines and methods to enhance the quality

As Feature Owner, I was responsible for a highly distributed driver assistance system, the Fully Automated Parking and Remote Park Assist. I had end-to-end responsibility for the entire feature, from use case definition and functional architecture to coordination of cross-functional development and release. I was also responsible for functional safety (ISO 26262) and FMEA work for the APA system.

As Feature Owner, I defined the use cases, functional architecture, and requirements for the semi-assisted parking feature. This role also included the development of advanced HMI concepts and the coordination with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Feature lead for the introduction of the Side Park Aid feature. Core development of a new "always on" Base Parking Aid feature. Developed a functional Matlab Model of the Base Parking Aid feature including Side Park Aid. Developed HMI concepts for Base Parking Aid. Developed test specifications for Base Parking Aid. Performed vehicle level and functional testing. Side Park Aid and Base Park Aid "default on" were first launched with the 2014 Ford Focus face lift and the S-Max/ Galaxy of the same year. Both

I spent six month performing experimental work at the Alfred Gessow Center for Rotorcraft Research. The experiment included laser light sheet and laser doppler measurements of the wake of a model rotor blade.
