As of February 2020 I lead the team of highly qualified experts on network access control and authentication and the integrating products, FortiGate, FortiAuthenticator and FortiNAC. Our team team evolved to its own TAC in February 2021 and we continue to grow with Fortinet - and we are hiring.

Advanced technical support (L2) for the security we provide with the range of products. We are working with partners, with enterprises or small business that experience unexpected behaviours with their complex infrastructure. To understand a customers environment is the first step to solve the problem they face.

In the leading Vehicle Infotainment company I assure the quality of our products and analyze, where needed why and where products fail.

As of current my working field grew to not only print the Sr. in front of my title, but I assist my team in various topics. An efficient workflow saves time, so I was the contact in my team for trainings and content for our internal projects.

Advanced technical support for our range of products. We are working with partners, with enterprises and end customers. The job is to mitigate the issues our customers are experiencing with our software. Sometimes with our software, sometimes with the implementation of it and sometimes with the implementation of the existing infrastructure. The products I support are at the "PGP"-product line that was acquired by Symantec Corporation as well as the Symantec Endpoint Encryption product line.

Service Technician for product testing, repair of system relevant devices.

This was a 4 year part-time school I took for gaining more practical knowledge bits and pieces. It took place 4-5 times per week in the regular german school rhythm (like 40weeks per year) and everything from networking and infrastructure, programming, projectorganization, mathematics was covered.
