o Restructured the medical business segment and prepared for divestment (Sempermed, largest Semperit segment with ca. 400m USD revenues): - Fully responsible for the divestment process, leading negotiations with potential buyers mainly in Asia (on hold since Q3 2020 due to COVID pandemic) - Since Q4/2020 managing legal restructuring efforts within the segment o Implemented global restructuring projects end-to-end (e.g., plant closure in China, plant divestment in Italy)

o Responsible for the Group portfolio strategy, strategic projects and M&A, prepared business decisions with the CEO and managed coordination of the Supervisory Board o Set up and implemented a Group wide strategic restructuring & transformation project “SemperMove10”, after 1 year +41% operating EBITDA improvement, another +27% EBITDA improvement in year 2 achieved o Ran organizational transformation project for Finance with the CFO

(dual role with Head of Controlling Sempermed) o Ramped up new segment headquarters in Singapore from scratch to 300m USD annual revenues and approx. 30 headcount; fully implemented finance processes and systems o Managed global controlling and Asian finance operations

o Responsible for global controlling in Sempermed, managing sales controlling teams based in Vienna and USA, and operations controlling teams in the plants in Asia o “Business partner” of Head of Segment, member of the segment’s leadership team o Key tasks: Business reviews with local management, implementation of segment strategy, M&A projects (acquisition of a factory in Malaysia with 170m USD transaction volume), segment reporting

o Developed and implemented new holding strategy o Project Manager for capital market projects (SPO of one large investment with a transaction volume of approx. 600m USD) o Managed small investments portfolio (revenues <20m USD), strategy projects together with respective local management, operational investment controlling o Responsible for divestment process of selected small investments o Screening and valuation of potential acquisition targets

o Led international consulting teams and senior client project teams on strategic and operational topics mostly in the high-tech, logistics and manufacturing industry o Worked closely with top management of global companies (board members and business unit heads) o Functional focus on sales optimization and organizational restructuring
