Advising the Group's business units and subsidiaries regarding their activities in the respective region, on such matters such as day to day business, multi-jurisdictional transactions and corporate restructuring, drafting and negotiating of agreements on research projects, public tenders, medical studies, supply of raw materials, toll manufacturing, distribution, sales organization and commercial agency.

Supporting in bookings of international Artists (Paul van Dyk in 2004, Timo Maas, Tocadisco, etc) as well as supervising and producing show elements (lights, sound and video) to introduce the main aritsts at the shows.
