• Directing and coordinating the Training Department for Calzedonia Group Brands (Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis) for the Swiss Market: conceptualizing, planning and defining yearly training programs and projects in collaboration with various departments (HR, Commercial, Communication, Sales Force, Accounting, IT). Direct responsability for the whole department.

• Management of several shops in the German Swiss area with a total turnover of around 5 million CHF and personnel management of around 50 people.

• Recruiting, being a decision maker for new hires. • Project management for online and offline media campaigns to promote vacancies in the Solution Delivery Center (SDC). • Onboarding of all new members of the SDC; organization of the Welcome Day orientations. • Coordination and management of job fairs through organization of the events and relationship management with more than 10 different external institutions and universities. Network with all former interns at SDC.

• Assistance in the development of marketing strategies for the promotion of Made in Italy on the Swiss market • Event Management for Italian companies promoting their products in Switzerland • Relationship Management to Italian and Swiss clients • Partecipation to international fairs, promoting the Italian companies and products • Elaborated and finalized presentations regarding several sectors of the Swiss and Italian market and trade
