EuroJustice Program "Promoting a Fast and Accessible Justice in Honduras"  Compile, document and systematize the experiences, good practices and lessons learned, the progress made and the effects generated around initiatives of CSO subsidized by the Program, in the area of violence against women, LGBTI, indigenous peoples and people in situation of detention, in the municipalities of action of the projects, in terms of access to justice for people in vulnerable condition.

 Design methodologies for offers of project management using as reference the Terms of Reference document prepared by the European Commission for each occasion of Call for Tender.

 Identify key actors in the definition of CSR policies (public and private) in the EU and CELAC;  Identify the CSR focal points in the countries, particularly those responsible for monitoring the progress of the EU-CELAC Action Plan 2015 in this area;  Define joint actions between CSR actors in both regions at national, regional and bi-regional level, in terms of practices and policies;  Establish a benchmark of good practices in promotion of CSR and a repository of information;

Tasks: -Elaborate a proposal for participation of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights – Central America Regional Office- in the project, which will managed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

 Strategic analysis on the perspective, position and initiatives of the private sector regarding the 2030 Agenda  Identification, selection and systematization of information on the organization of the private sector in Latin American and Caribbean countries  Compilation and systematization of institutional frameworks of private sector organizations and regional and sub-regional networks in Latin American and Caribbean countries

Map local stakeholders, legal frameworks and local initiatives regarding CSR, RBC, Business and HR. Identify and engage with a reliable focal point inside national government with expertise in the area. Provide technical assistance on organising a policy framework that promotes and supports CSR / Responsible Business Conduct in line with international guidelines. Plan the organisation of a Technical seminar for Policy Framework and the establishment of National Action Plans on CSR or Business and HR.

Subject Professor: Work and Society The Subject focuses on Labour Market and Employment Public Policies (articulation among Working Unions, Private Firms and the Government) in a globalized world, using a Human Rights Approach to address issues like child labour and forced labour, core labour standards, including gender equality, precarious work, informal rural work, non-discrimination, freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining, etc.
