Responsible for teaching, coaching and implementing a comprehensive and sustainable category management methodology within different Countries of Metro Cash&Carry. Our methodology focuses on understanding our customer’s professional and complementary needs using a 360 degree approach. Along with a corporate team and the local organization, we interview customers and extensively analyze the micro and macroeconomics, the market situation, the competitors behavior & the financial performance of the categories.

Responsible for the entire management of given categories by sourcing and negotiating the right assortment for our customers, having the right prices and the right quality. My main task was to tailor the right assortment, packaging, promotion, etc. toward our customer’s professional and personal needs, and develop commercial strategies to achieve all financial goals.
