During my PhD thesis I covered a broad range of techniques including: Cell culture; Cloning; Protein expression and purification; Biochemical characterization of proteins; (Fluorescence) microscopy; Immunoblot; Working under S3 biosafety conditions, Evaluation and presentation of data. Additionally I participated in the organization of the international congress „Crossroads in Biology 2010“ and supervied a master students thesis.
