Project: A new online directory enquiries service for 118100 (http://www.118100.se/ ). The customer is very satisfied with the new platform which increases their revenue by generating more traffic to their, easy to use, directory enquiries service. Role: Technical project manager for a team of 5 consultants. Technology: The core of the system was the Lucene based open source search engine solr (http://lucene.apache.org/solr/ ). The surrounding parts were built using Java, J2EE and Spring MVC.

Project: Probably Swedens largest web project (48 newspapers). Implemented Polopoly as content management platform for new external web sites. The customer is very satisfied with the new platform which increases their revenue, by generating more traffic to more interesting, more dynamic sites and by more effective management of ads. Role: Project manager for a team of 15 consultants. Technology: Polopoly, Java, J2EE.

The customer is very satisfied with the platform which strengthens their brand, through increased penetration of key customer segments, together with advertisement campaigns through other channels, like television.
