International projects, help with personal affairs

Maintain about 20 computers with Windows 2000, XP & Vista. Maintain, use and teach FileMaker Pro, OpenOffice. Starting to develop in drupal the new website for the French Cultural Institut.

Created a cultural and business center in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota, which included a live theater, a bicycle garage, a café, and many independent small businesses. Also called the RenBox or Ren Box.

Helped with the Internal International Technical Support between AOL Technologies USA and the different international AOLs in France, Germany and the UK. Assisted the French translator with the translation of the French AOL client. Set up a database to track the open international problems.

I helped set up the US Technical Support team and office in San Francisco, CA. Also, traveled in the US to fix issues and to do some training.

BETA Systems is located in Berlin, Germany. I started programming assembler MVS OS-370, and then helped with their 2nd level Technical Support group, which resolved problems in BETA software programs running on IBM MVS mainframes in mostly banks and insurance companies in Germany and other countries. I mostly helped our international clients.
