DKG kitchens wants to respond faster to changed within their product portfolio. As a coach i am helping them finding an Agile way of working to make this come true. Since this is a pilot, it's all new, and really getting to know the idea behind the Agile Mindset is key. Love the energy and willing to change.

Cliniclowns is a foundation that delivers a smile to kids in need in hospitals. But even so, they have to be on the business game too. My role as a trainer is to let them grasp the Agile Mindset to facilitate their business. As an Agile coach, i coach the IT team of the CRM system to have them deliver more value.

Malmberg, as part of Sanoma Learning, delivers educational method to schools, by means of books and applications. My role was to coach the teams to get more value out of working in a Scrum way and getting them ready to working into the SAFE way of scaling.

RemedyBank, a company that creates homeopathic starting materials, was in need of a developer to create their Laboratory Information Management System [LIMS]. I helped them implement and maintain this application.

As being part of a group of 15 Agile Coaches, we were responsible for implementing the ING's One Agile Way of Working, based on Spotify, for the whole entity of ING Tech Infra. Tech Infra is the worldwide infra organisation that supports all applications of the ING bank, mainly hosted on their internal cloud. Within Prowareness i was one of the 10 more technical Agile Coaches, mainly focused on teaching companies to deliver quality software using CI/CD and DevOps.

Within PGGM, i was responsible to make the internet teams work in a DevOps way, delivering their software in by means of continuous delivery. Besides that, together with a colleague, i sold., created and delivered a 3-day course of Angular, a frontend framework for internet applications
