Developing the set of specifications and the technical file for CE marking of the product. Monitoring and controlling of a construction site of cleanroom ISO 8. Development of procedures and guidelines for a cleanroom ISO 8 certification. Accompanying the notified body during the audit of CE marking.

Establish the general planning of the project (studies planning, tools planning, industrialization planning and validation schedule). Process study (FMEA process, Monitoring Plan, range control ...). Launch tooling studies, review of studies and launch production tooling. Monitoring of the implementation and validation of the product and process. Management of the project team (BE, industrialization, purchase, equipment, product quality).

Development and optimization of manufacturing methods for harnesses assembling line.. Setting up and writing all the technical files (Nomenclature, operating procedure and control range). Supervision and training the operation people on new product assembling process. Reporting and communicating production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and equipment list with the project engineer to set up manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
