• Evaluate and perform manual tests according to defined scenarios to ensure that the software works according to specifications and requirements on Windows, iOS and Android Operating Systems. • Identify and notify on bugs. • Report bugs and create tasks according to company standards. • Ensure the tests are meeting standards and report cases where they don’t meet. • Identify report and follow up on bugs. • Perform regression testing on fixed issues/new releases.

• Raising awareness among the public, potential and current clients on the services offered by the company. • Development of new service and marketing packages. • Developing and updating contracts. • Developing weekly and monthly reports.

• Providing basic technical and administrative support to the office and customers. • Managing and supervising activities of customer support staff, as well as installation and repairs staff. • Bank transfers and cash management, basic accounting. Processing operations-related documents, contracts, invoices. • Managing communications with partner companies. • Overseeing procurement, property and equipment maintenance.

• Providing Internet connection to new customers. • • Maintaining the electronic databases on customers, providers, and other parties related to the company. • Maintaining an accurate filing system for all kinds of documents, agreements, incoming and outgoing correspondence, etc.
