• Drawing up management reports for senior management • Support to foreign trade officers team, portfolio follow-up meetings, preparing budget • Updating Foreign Trade content in website and intranet • Organizing Foreign Trade events • Follow-up of the product and trade officers KPI's

• Adjustments referred to bank charges and other erroneously assigned charges • Analysis of claims from the Delinquency and Fraud • Drawing up reports for the Legal sector
