My duties included: • Being in charge of finding sales talent in Austria and Belgium, to expand our client base • Overseeing the recruitment process from A-Z of a high volume of candidates at speed • Screening applications and conducting behavioural & competency-based interviews • Organising & participating in on/offsite recruitment events • Building & maintaining strong partnerships with agencies throughout Europe • Setting up effective recruitment strategies according to our business needs

Promoted to lead a new team in the company: - Recruited, trained and managed recruiters & coordination staff for my new team - Liaised with teams across our London, Paris and Brussels offices to understand their needs and plan our recruitment strategies - Assigned and supervised the progress of all recruitment requests company-wide - Designed and improved workflows and processes to increase efficiency and productivity - Managed market research and advertising campaigns in key geographical markets

Successfully coordinated a £2.5 million project for the UK’s Ministry of Defence. - Ensured production of the materials was completed under tight deadlines - Was the key point of contact between the client and senior management, in charge of deliverables - Maintained and improved the SharePoint tasking mechanism to improve our workflows - Provided weekly reports on performance, milestones and targets - Acted as accounts coordinator and admin assistant

Joined Communicaid for a 6-month internship and within two weeks I was invited by the CEO to join the MoD Project, which I started coordinating 3 months later. - Prepared training materials for cultural awareness and communication skills programmes - Maintained and organised intellectual property templates and documents - Researched and wrote blog articles for the company’s website - In charge of advertising initiatives to drive traffic to our website / social media (Twitter & Facebook)
