• Action Goods Receipt (GR) of supplier invoices daily and in line with agreed SLA’s – including obtaining POD’s and License Confirmations on SAP System. • Work with distributors to source stock for open orders at the most cost-effective prices, and from sources that have stock available in line with client expectations. • Purchasing of all hardware and software products and programs for countries, vendors and programs as assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner.

Strategic sourcing of direct and indirect purchases for Operational Maintenance and Repairs (OMR) department, as well as budget control and vendor management. • Data management for strategic international purchases and other national 3M sites. • Part Numbers registration through the BPCS/Nimbi system. • Support in the continuous improvement for the logistics process and delivery of purchase orders.

Responsible for creating new sales orders and orders changes requested by European customers through the SAP system. • Logistics measurement and control of collection and delivery of respective Part Numbers and Purchase Orders from other production sites. • Forecast management and cost control (Fair Value, Cost Comparison e Build up Cost).

Account support and customer service for the US sales team to public sector contracts, software and hardware maintenance, from pre-sales to post-sales. • Elaboration of proposal, quote, audit contract, transactions and analysis of purchase orders registration and invoice management. • Support in strategic commercial processes, maintenance and service contracts (SLA’s).

• Support in measurement activities, control and supply assurance for emergency, new, repair and warranty purchase orders for Brazil through SAP and CAAPS systems. • Quote and negotiate with international (USA, Latin America) and local suppliers for emergency orders via Emptoris system and SAP Ariba. • Control and logistical stability of Invoice Payment, Procure to Pay (P2P).
