Served as Managing Director of RWE's German development and project & asset holding companies. Established new growth platforms in solar PV and battery storage, expanded development capabilities and led transformation, integration and AI-enabled portfolio steering.

Led onshore wind development activities across Germany and the Netherlands during the RWE/E.ON integration. Developed and implemented the German growth strategy, laying the foundation for later expansion into solar PV and battery storage. Directed portfolio optimization, restructuring and integration initiatives, including the successful integration of the Vortex development business into RWE's renewable energy platform.

Managing Director Mandate: Vortex Energy Deutschland GmbH (2019-2022) | Led E.ON's German onshore wind development business and served as Managing Director of Vortex Energy Deutschland GmbH. Repositioned the business through stabilization, portfolio optimization and renewed growth. Directed restructuring and portfolio prioritization initiatives, enabling the successful integration of Vortex into RWE's renewable energy platform.

Managing Director Mandate: E.ON Energie Odnawialne Sp. z o.o. (2017-2019) | Led E.ON's renewable energy development business in Poland and served as Managing Director of E.ON Energie Odnawialne Sp. z o.o. Repositioned the business during a period of regulatory disruption, restoring performance and rebuilding growth opportunities. Led transformation, portfolio development and project delivery initiatives, creating the foundation for future growth.

Led E.ON's renewable energy market entry activities in South Africa and established strategic partnerships. Developed local business opportunities, evaluated investment and partnership options, and built the foundation for a renewable energy development platform in a rapidly evolving regulatory and commercial environment.

Established governance frameworks, operating procedures and partner interfaces for renewable energy joint ventures in Brazil and Turkey. Coordinated collaboration between shareholders, local management teams and international stakeholders to improve governance, decision-making and business performance. Supported portfolio optimization and value creation initiatives across international renewable energy businesses.

Led business development activities in concentrated solar power (CSP), including greenfield development, strategic partnerships and acquisition assessments across international markets. Established CSP greenfield development in Italy through a strategic joint venture partnership and assessed investment opportunities in Europe, the US and India.

Built and led E.ON Energy Trading's integration management function and delivered complex integration programs across multiple operating entities. Played a key role in the creation of a centralized international trading organization through organizational redesign, governance development and post-merger integration initiatives. Developed extensive experience in large-scale transformation, organizational change and business integration programs.

Built and led E.ONs Operational Excellence platform across several European and North American energy businesses. Drove performance improvement initiatives, benchmarking programs and best-practice sharing across trading and retail organizations. Supported business performance through process optimization, organizational effectiveness and operational excellence methodologies.

Led cross-functional process improvement, integration and strategic development initiatives across energy trading, sales, finance and operations. Contributed to international business development and market-entry strategy projects within the European energy sector.
