I provide cross-functional Team coordination toward the "Skilled Workers for Africa" project in: Nigeria, Botswana, and Kenya. While strategically coordinating the "Skilled Workers for Kenya" Initiative, from Frankfurt, I am directly involved in the management of education cum skills development-related projects in partner African countries.

I initiated and secured a MoU establishing a bi-Institutional partnership between the Freiberg University of Technology and Minning (TU Bergakademie Freiberg:TUBaF) and the Alex-Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo, Nigeria. Within the framework of the partnership, I won the ERASMUS+ Mobility funding, over 4-years period, that will enable Lecturers, Scholars, PhDs, Students and Interns to visit partner universities on a fully-funded exchanges, research stays and/or internships.

• Adept staff trainer having successfully mentored 5 graduate students in shaping the right research rationale, acquiring soft cum technical skills for personal development. • Initiated and secured strategic research and training partnership between two international universities (i.e. Germany and Nigeria). • Currently coordinating the donation of engineering equipment to the foreign university (Nigeria), modern curriculum development, and the provision of technical training to the university staff.

• Carried out research on best practices for the optimization of reservoir characterization. • Assist the project leader in other project-related research tasks.
