Collection and evaluation of customer feedback and forwarding to the participating departments, e.g. Production, Quality, Engineering. Supervision of testing phase and data analysis. Development of test protocols and ensure accurate reports of all testing activities. Initiate appropriate measures in case of severe test results.

Installed Base statistics and error analysis, complaints assessment, clinical classification, RMA analysis. Benchmark analysis of competitor’s devices. Definition and execution of service acceptance before delivery. Generation of development documentation (design input, SOP, work instructions, spare parts).

Product Definition. Clinical evaluations, incorporation of relevant literature, development of technical documentation, implementation and analysis of meta-studies.
