Reporting to the corporate HR Value Chain Director my main task is to provide HR support to the production sites and logistic centers of Bocchiotti and Hager Lumetal: 4 production Plants (Arenzano, Tortona, Caltanissetta, Porcia) and 1 DC/Warehouse in the scope. I manage 360° all HR topics, with particular focus on issues of organization, people development & training, recruiting & onboarding, industrial relations, internal communication, change management, discipline, labour law and litigation.

Reporting to Group HR Director, I was in charge of HR management for 10 Granarolo Production Plants. I was also supporting the HR management of headquarter & sales staff and Union Relations at Group level. I have been managing at 360° HR topics, with particular focus on union relations, legislation, litigation, recruitment, people development. The complexity of the role was characterized by a corporate business plan for growth characterized by M&A in which I have been involved for HR issues.

Reporting to the Employee Relations Director, I had a company-wide responsibility for the mentioned subjects (Trade unions relations, Italian labour law and regulations, labour litigation)

HRBP Management of Ferrari GT production plants, Trade Unions Relations, Recruiting and People Development. Reporting to the HR Director of the GT Business Unit, my responsibilities included 360° HR management of Ferrari S.p.a. GT production plants located in Maranello and Modena.

Company-wide responsibility for People Development, Compensation, Training, Recruiting, Internal Communication and sponsorship of local events Reporting to the Company’s HR Director I was Leading a 6 people Team, being responsible for the deployment in the country of the Corporate HR policies (comp. & benefits policy, performance management system, expatriation policy, welfare plan policy etc.) and for local projects and policies.
