• Managing localization projects in China (Harbin) and Russia (Chelny); • Support Product Development processes implementation in new APAC plants; • Responsible directly of R&D and Capex budget for localization projects; • Business Case preparation, deliverables managements, monitoring and coordination of the whole project from a cost, quality and timing point of view;

• Responsible to consolidate and monitor the APAC budget for R&D Departments; • Support project managers for Business Cases preparation; • Working with Turkey, Russia, China and India R&D locations;

• Managing the sourcing process, keeping continuous dialogue between all the business function, in order to ensure alignment between target cost vs offers, project timing, supplier readiness and quality; • Continuously monitor the market to propose supplier with new knowledge; • Support all the business function, in order to manage any aspect relative to the suppliers; • Commodity followed: Electrical, Electronic & Mechatronic between Europe and North America;

• Coordination between R&D department and Central Purchasing in Turin, in order to ensure alignment between target cost vs offers, project timing, supplier readiness and quality.

• Periodic visits to 3 Key Dealers in Europe (U.K., Benelux and Italy), in order to investigate quality and market issues on current product; • Managed tests (Shakedown) on current products, in order to fix infant mortality issues.
