I was responsible for the Quality Planning strategy and team for the next generation of Rolls Royce Motor Cars.

I was the Quality Planning leader for the interior trim of all new vehicle projects, using APQP (BMW PEP) as a basis for delivering exceptionally high quality standards. My role involved supporting the introduction of APQP into the Rolls-Royce interior trim department, giving support and leadership to all areas of the business. I led the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars strategy for Control Plans and generated a procedure and process for the entire Goodwood manufacturing plant.

After completing my degree, I secured a role with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, where I immersed myself in two assignments in Germany, working and studying in a second language. I spent three months in Technical Product Strategy for Rolls-Royce in Munich and was involved in Drive Train Design and Analysis for BMW in Dingolfing; projects included in-depth analysis of competitor gearbox internals, as well as acoustic, efficiency and durability testing of BMW products; mainly differential gear-sets.
