My position includes liaison between our local distributors and Japan HQ to agree and exceed annual multi-million sales targets. I manage both UK Branch and Nordic Branch, smoothing cultural differences between Japan HQ, European sales reps, local distributors, end clients. This involves all my negotiation, linguistic, organisation, and management skills.

Managing E-J translation of regular reports in leading-edge technologies including bioinformatics, collaborative computing, user interface, e-government, telecoms, etc. Business liaison with Nordic systems integrator TietoEnator, who were looking to expand in Asia. Also with Japan Local Government Centre in London, to collaborate on eVoting technology trial and NTT Data’s bid for Tokyo Congestion Charge.
