I am leading a group of IT architects, scrum masters and a department of software engineers to build SAP BTP based solutions to support our releasing QAs in Novo Nordisk.

I work as Product Manager for Digital Certificates implemented on SAP BTP. In my role I combine my expertise in IT system integration and BPM. As a product manager I am setting the strategic direction for the product and act as a bridge between business and digital development.

I work as Senior Integration Architect in the Integration Center for Enablement in Novo Nordisk DD&IT. My current focus in Novo Nordisk is to build enablement material around integration utilization and ownership, validation, and API & Event guidelines. As part of my role, I manage stakeholders across Novo Nordisk, work with Enterprise Architecture on the integration strategy and I lead external consultants as team lead.

As a Tech Lead & People Manager at ABP I was responsible for the technical consulting services, guarding best practices and leading our technical consultants. I was responsible for the personal development of our consultants and the alignment of skills and the strategic objectives of ABP. I had the responsibility for 8 technical consultants. At Deloitte I was manager in the space of business process management, integration, and business rule management systems. I sold, designed, and implemented solutions based on IBM, SAP, and open-source technology. I had talent management responsibilities for 5 talents, and provided development guidance, feedback, and yearly performance reviews. I had the lead consultant responsibility of my project engagements. I set the direction of the projects, managed stakeholders and guided my team members.

IBM BPM and IBM ODM Solution Architect At IBM I was a technical specialist. I supported the sales process and helped IBM clients with their first projects by establishing good practices. I was mentor for new hires in IBM and spoke on international conferences on several occasions.
