• Coordination of worldwide sales activities (2b€) in cooperation with Key Account Management and Sales Departments, key contact in matrix organization for all sales issues • Responsible for overall business unit sales reporting (budget, forecast, month end closing, orderbook, analysis customer margin & profit) • Setting up new worldwide order intake process by establishing calculation departments to ensure sustainable & profitable intake of customer projects • Establishing and execution of internal audits

• Coordination of worldwide CapEx activities (200m€) with Industrial Engineering & Management, key contact in matrix organization for all CapEx issues • Responsible for overall business unit investment reporting such as budget, forecasting, month end closing, cash-flow & balance sheet analysis, etc. • Validation and creation of business plans for investment • Standardization und further development of investment controlling in cooperation with corporate departments • Execution of internal audits
