Being the responsible Manager for the Programme and Project Support within Material, Logistics and Suppliers. Representing our organisation in all military and commercial programme activities and coordinating the necessary inputs. Being the LEAN leader and responsible for Material, Logistics and Supplier Organisation in Europe. As that I take care about the organisation, coordination, implementation, set-up of network and roll out of LEAN in our WW ORG

Being the responsible Manager for the A400M Spares and Logistics After Sales Business. Responsible as well for the Military Integration Project Airbus Military/Airbus. Being the Project Manager for the set-up of A400M Spares and Logistics. Developing the IS Environment with around 65 developers, an additional project management office and a team of 8 people (representing the business and IS leadérs). Implementing the A400M process into business. A400M Supply Chain ready since 18th December 2008, Project Closure foreseen for March.

Dealing with the whole technical data supply chain within Airbus, optimizing data flow and data availability. Securing proper interfaces to/from supplier. Dealing with the illustration production for technical data, manageing the illustration teams in Fr, UK, Sp and Germany.

Managing and ealing with all Illustration teams in Airbus including all subcontracting companies. Producing around 140.000 illustration a year.
