While pursuing my MBA, I was offered a job to work closely with professors in the research of areas in finance, writing and researching articles in the field. I was also part of the team that worked with Benicomp Group (Insurance Company), in the research of the consequences of a healthier workforce in the insurance industry. . I was also part of the team that developed business plans for several patented IP’s (intellectual property) for several research departments in the University.

This department handles several accounts of corporate customers such as: Best Buy, Wal-Mart, GAP, Chase Bank, Sears, Fuji, Frito-Lay – Pepsi and etc. Those customers have systems on their stores and administration that are sold by IBM or even fixed by IBM whenever there is a problem (hardware of software). They can have a contract to cover the services from IBM. My job was to make sure that, together with the customer, negotiate their status and their contract.
