I spearheaded the company's agile transformation across all business and support functions. I led and coached globally distributed cross-functional teams, comprising project managers, linguists, business and finance analysts, developers, and stakeholders. I supported Agile delivery, from inception to its conclusion, facilitating team meetings, and empowering teams to self-organize and meet objectives and deadlines. I also ensured seamless coordination of sprints, product backlogs, and releases by utilizing specialized tools, thereby delivering maximum value to the team.

As Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Engineer, tasked with designing and engineering a comprehensive Business to Business Software as a Service (B2B SaaS) system, that delivered high-quality, industry-specific products on a cloud-based platform. Throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), I played a key role, in building the foundation for the system's architecture, quality engineering, usability, and interaction design.

I led the implementation of our Digital Transformation Strategy, driving innovation and operational efficiency across the organization. As a key member of the OpEx team, I oversaw the planning, building, and running of a 24/7 distributed infrastructure that supports global operations and serves millions of users. With a deep understanding of the company's strategic vision and position, I identified, evaluated, and tested solutions that enhanced feature sets and improved business software functionality.

I was responsible for creating LMS opportunities from scratch, conceptualizing and developing global portals and web product solutions. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver new features, streamlining workflows between prototyping, visual design, front-end, and back-end development. I also mentored team members, providing guidance on daily tasks and web application development using Angular, ensuring seamless implementation phases.

I conducted the transition between diverse Java frameworks, identifying and testing cutting-edge solutions, that met the unique requirements of our products. I oversaw the entire lifecycle of web projects, leveraging Agile Methodologies - Extreme Programming, to ensure efficient and effective development. I collaborated closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Managers, Marketing, Corporate Branding, Business Analysts, and others, to coordinate across multiple teams and departments.

Under Agile Methodologies through Extreme Programming, I ensured that all projects and services were developed with usability and accessibility serving as core principles. I implemented best practices in the user experience, user interface, and front-end development, providing guidance to the development team throughout each stage. I also mentored, team members in BEM methodologies, frameworks, SASS, while introducing innovative technologies, optimizing workflows, and improving the results.

As an Oracle ADF Business Application IT Consultant at Telefónica, I leveraged Oracle's (ADF), a Java-based platform renowned for its visual and declarative development approach. I was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end migration, from the current architecture Canal Nuevo Cliente, to the new one Canal Premium, from planning to final delivery. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with end-users and client services, to design interfaces that met their needs.

I joined as Liferay DXP Content Management IT Assessor, where I led the development of the (B2B) solution through Canal Nuevo Cliente, leading digital platform for open source business technologies. I leveraged Agile methodologies through Scrum to conceive and design tailored experiences, crafting scalable and ready-to-use applications, that were implemented in large-scale Corporate Portals, Customer Areas and Large-scale Company Intranets, both in the Telefónica group as with its clients.

I oversaw project management in the digital sphere, conducting the definition, planning, and execution of projects through agile methodologies. My responsibilities included coordinating teams, with internal departments such as Strategy, User Experience, SEO, Creativity, Design, and Production, as well as with external suppliers.

I spearheaded the Interface Engineering of cutting-edge user-driven web applications, for the new core system BBVA Compass, under BBVA Empresas' division. This entailed one-to-one approach with the client, analyzing business models, while observing the strength in user experience, to fuel the in-house development of new products and services. In this way, we created measurable solutions in e-Banking, e-Commerce, Research, and Development, maximizing the user experience.

Performing effectively in a Scrum and Agile-driven environment, I collaborated tightly with a prominent banking client, the BBVA, to maximize its outstanding growth potential. My primary focus, was on analysing and leading the full-scale migration, from the retail banking platform to a new technology stack, which involved, the tranformation of the BBVA Digital Banking core under its division BBVA Particulares, with the objective to understand its customers, providing them with the products and services.
