- Run project administration for 5 major clients in culture and academia: quotes, budgets, invoicing and reporting. - Track project budgets, source vendor quotes and keep expense overviews. - Coordinate printers, contributors and partners against deadlines. - Design visual identities, publications and websites, including Arabic-language material; initiated 10+ own projects.

- Coordinated 2 public talk series for the Minor and curated three guest inputs. - Handled course administration, including billing and room planning. - Co-led the Minor's visual identity and communications. - Designed and taught a three-week studio course (2025, 2026).

- Co-programme lead of DIEO, a CHF 150,000 Swissuniversities-funded project, with main responsibility for its mediation programme. - Co-wrote the funding application; controlled the project budget, reported to the funder, and completed the financial close and final report. Deputised for the project lead (Structure) and covered a maternity leave by taking over the duties of two project staff. - Curated and produced the exhibition "Making Space"; organised 5 public lecture series and 4 PhD colloquia. - MAKE/S

- Coordinated 4 speakers across 4 sessions of Design Layers, an online design conference: invitations, scheduling, asset requests and liaison with the production team. - Handled speaker contracts and invoicing, image rights clearance, and post-production.

- Coordinated 2 conferences: Design as Common Good (online, 2021, approx. 450 participants) and Counterparts (ZHdK, Oct 2022, approx. 200 participants), covering call for papers, keynote speakers and panels, catering, travel and accommodation. - Ran 4 rounds of SDN's grant call: set up the process, built the online application tool and handled applicant communication. - Handled bookkeeping, account management and invoicing; compiled invoices and payables for the annual closing. -Coordinated the board (sched

- Organised the academic conference Frictions (spring 2019) and hosted a roundtable. - Coordinated programme logistics, mentors, workshops and final pitch presentations. - Ran internal and external communications, PR and fundraising activities, and designed programme materials.

- Supported organisation and communication of conferences and workshops connecting Swiss artists with Boston's academic and cultural institutions. - Supported logistics for book fairs and design expos; ran local outreach for approx. 5 swissnex talks in Cambridge.
