-Preparation of the IFRS consolidated financial statements of a FTSE 250 company (monthly, half-yearly and annual financial statements) -Implementation and preparation of consolidation processes -Development of accounting and valuation guidelines as well as the preparation of management reporting. -Supervision and support for group and subsidiaries in IFRS accounting and main-contact person for queries regarding reporting and auditors. -Monitoring the completeness of the group reporting of subsidiaries

-Audit of financial statements and accompanying disclosures in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP (HGB) -Planning, execution and reporting of statutory and group audits of various companies -Detection of deficient internal controls through analysis of clients' internal processes and control mechanisms -Other special audits (AuP's, IPO's, Political parties) -Participation on inventory count observations

- Broad range of national and international industry clients - Analytical review and validation of financial statements, controlling calculations and budget - Evaluation of assumptions on actual and forecasted market performance - Assessment and testing of internal controls and risk management systems - Audit and preparation of consolidated financial statements - Participation in statutory annual audits (IFRS)
