As Trainer; assessing, determining and conducting training requirement for productive personnel on in house training program. Developing an annual training programs for all relevant staff in association with Service Manager. Apart from trainer role assisting workshop department in cases of complex diagnosis and ensuring good housekeeping of Mercedes-Benz diagnostic units, special tools, work bays and equipment’s and supporting team providing all kinds of technical assistance.

Worked as key technical personnel and lead workshop technical team for vehicle diagnosis, technical coordination, technical training and stablished Mercedes-Benz workshop as best automotive workshop in Bangladesh. During my working period learned and worked with diversified diagnosis and special tools, equipment and methods of vehicle diagnosing of Mercedes-Benz.

- Design and Development of Automotive Cable Harness in CAD-CATIA System by using VOBES Process - Defining, creating of Cable Harness in CATIA 3D environment - Optimizing all components for vehicle and creation of valid harness system by removing collision with CATIA V5 Module EHI, ELB and DMU-Navigator. - Merging 3D routing data with L-Cable electric data DVT and creation of LCS with ELENA. - 2D CAD- L Dorado. - BOM, Wire-List

Main responsibilities were preparing and conducting lessons of automobile and power department classes. Along with these performed participations in evaluation and tailoring of course material. As an active member of the faculty team helped with the department's regular activities.

Completed Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with all Major Subjects of Mechanical Engineering. Along with Mechanical Major Subjects have completed also Automobile Engineering, Engineering. Drawing, Computer Aided Drawing, Computer Programming C and C++.
