I am continuing my position now as a "Production Assistant (Einkauf)". Here I coordinate the Production process (Deadlines, Materials, Technical process, and Taxation papers) between our German headquarters and our Producers in different European countries (Ukraine, Macedonia, and so on). My sole responsibilities are: -Making Production plan -Following up Production plan elements (Materials, Techniques, Documents etc.) -Bringing the finished products in house before customer order's deadline

*Master order data maintenance in PLM ( Style data ) & BuyOS ( Order data ) *Processing of document results and protocols *Deadline monitoring (for example, Shipment delivery, Port arrival date, Store arrival date) *Communication with suppliers & far-east sourcing offices for order correction *Assisting to create the assessment report ( sales performance ) of the merchandise *Working closely with : Technicians, Designers, Logistic department, Marketing department *Sample management

 Taking part in fitting session & commenting on the styles.  Working on PLM software.  Contacting with suppliers.  Sample management.  Attending sign-off / proto / team meeting.  Measuring samples.  Working closely with key team members.

*Communicate, mark & solve the problem with GIZ's (Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit)local representative, and conducting GIZ's training session in Bangladesh. *Presenting the problems & solutions to the top management of the college. *Conducting textile courses, making resource plan, arranging festive program and so on.

*Responsible for the production order of C&A, H&M, Pimkie & Bestseller. *Assisting process optimization process (pattern, marker, cutting & production section). *Assuring Production line garment's quality. *Supporting Head-office, Merchandising, Production & Quality team. *Meeting the shipment deadlines. *Preparing efficiency/production reports by Excel & send it to the integrated factory's ERP software. *Completing personal project assigned by the Manager (for example, preparing factory layout plan).

*Experiencing the Products, Process & Machines from 'Yarn to Final Garment'. *Understanding how the compliance & worker union works in a factory. *Getting a practical idea on composite apparel factory.
