The NATO Defence Planning Process (NDPP) is the primary means to identify the required capabilities and promote their timely and coherent development and acquisition by Allies. At this< position, I have coordinated all the relevant tasks related to NDPP. As the national coordinator for multinational capability development efforts within the context of NDPP. These efforts include the high level initiatives like Framework Nations Concept, Smart Defence etc.

Worked as Planning/project Officer, Executive Officer and Military Adviser Providing advice on defence planning issues, organizing high level meetings (NATO Defence Ministers Meetings, NATO Chiefs of Defence Meetings etc.) Advising on topics such as NATO Defence Planning Process, capability development initiatives, Cyber Defence, ICT, Strategic issues as necessary.

A Senior Network and Security Administrator I was responsible for maintaining Turkish Land Forces wide area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN) computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance and providing secure communication infrastructure. Responsibilities also included the NATO WAN system, Internet and Data Center.

As Senior System Architect in Personnel Management Information System, Human Resource Management and Personnel Appointment System projects. Main tasks were; Based on the Personnel Division’s business requirements and goals, participating to the definition of business processes in terms of activities and functions, and developing them into fully operational architectures, selecting and applying suitable frameworks and methodologies.
