I help strategy, collaborate and design Userlane's product features, existing and new. Additionally, I gather input & feedback from users, internal colleagues and partners and using my extensive design thinking and industry experience to help shape the features. I have experience facilitating design thinking workshops, design-sprints and other design discovery workshops & processes.

I’m leading design project teams focusing on experiences for platform-ecosystem, digital products and services. Working together with multidisciplinary teams, starting with workshops & research leading through design, development to go live. I’ve worked with clients from industries like industry 4.0, manufacturing, education and social change. In total, I have been involved in 8 End-to-end products for 4 different clients. Although My projects are under NDA, I can share the process during an interview.

As a Volunteers Director, I was in-charge of organising and managing a large team of 80 volunteers for Interaction 20, the 13th annual interaction design conference organised by the @IxDA. Closely working with the Service Design, Site Experience and Education Summit team to understand, plan and execute the attendee experiences, speaker experience, kits, way-finding and of course detailing the volunteer's experience, roles and responsibilities and executing them.

As a UX Designer, I have designed scenarios with account executives, solution engineers & developers; followed by UX & UI design for system prototypes, set-up of the dev & demo platforms for clients to understand what and how they can use salesforce for their customers and internal sales & marketing teams. Additionally, I was: - A certified as a Salesforce Admin. - Won internal competitions and awards. - And was an active part of the BPTW India team.

I worked on designing an internal qualification portal that helped employees take and manage their healthcare certifications. I was in charge of the UX, UI and development support.

Was a part of the in-house design team that was working on the RSA token for mobile app. Worked on research activities, user testing activities. Created visual and illustration designs for education application. Designed a mobile app idea from Concept, Wireframe & Interface Design for internal competition, won 1st place. Also worked with the Marcomm team helping with internal and external mailer designs, logo designs and mobile website.

I interned as a web and visual designer at Bullfinch Software Pvt. Ltd. I was the designer of an online trading website focused on designing wireframes, UX and visual/interface design. I also helped Bullfinch with their branding design and website.
