As Subcontractor, managed several EP & C basis projects simultaneously related to Oil&Gas Industry, Greenfield Power Plant Construction and Architectural Buildings which includes field erected tanks, structural steel, piping and equipment installation for top Contractors such as Petrofac, Gasprom, Posco E&C etc. Managed projects from A to Z starting from RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages to Mechanical Handover.
