- 3D design of stamped metal, plastic injection parts, springs, rivets and screws with Pro/Engineer. - Preparing technical drawings, assembly guides, measurement sheets and specs for production and verification. - Preparing samples for verification and certificate validation such as VDE, TSE, Aenor, NF, EAC. - Preparing prototypes. - Analysis with Autodesk Moldflow - Benchmarks of competitor products in several markets.

In addition to the responsibilities in the previous assignment: - Led design activities of the project team with up to 10 personnel. - Prepared project schedule and budget. Calculate part cost. - Organized meetings to track the progress and report to management.

- Evaluated the aesthetic design from the design lab for mechanical design. - Designed in washing machine parts and sub-assemblies such as control panel, door, top plate including sheet metal parts, plastic injection parts, springs, PCB components, hoses, and screws in 3D with Creo (Pro/Engineer). - Verified the injection mold design data and attended trials in mold design companies located in Turkey, S.Korea. - Prepared test plans with the internal test lab for VDE, KEMA, TSE certifications.
