• Work with operations teams to cost and develop proposals for large, complex projects • Suggest viable target clients and industries, sourcing relevant data as necessary • Approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct mail campaigns • Arrange and lead new business meetings, delivering sales presentation in a polished, professional manner • Present monthly report to managing director, analysing past performance and proposing future activities and direction

• Follow-up operation files of the clients from the begining order till arrival of goods. • Communicate with suppliers, forwarders, banks and clients. • Organise opening and control amendments of letter of credits. • Follow up payments of clients to foreign suppliers. • Negotiate changing prices of existing suppliers and preparing weekly price lists. • Find new suppliers through internet. • Asist to import manager.

• Independent care of projects concerning communication, intranet and websites. • Supporting the preparation of marketing materials. • Planning and realisation of large and international exhibitions worldwide

• Managing the whole process of 11 Local Committee’s application, examination, introduction, preparation process.

• Planning, organising and coordinating student recruitment in three universities • Creating Marketing Materials and Promotion Campaign • Organisation of Assessment Centers and Interviews
