I processed ~1500 Valeo aftermarket customer orders by EDI and SAP, ensuring accurate system handling. Supported production planning with Celonis to improve on-time delivery and service levels. Contributed to stock control by EBTT, reduced outstanding receivables from €7M to €1M, and analyzed lead times for Far East suppliers. Managed transport planning (road, sea, air) using TMS and resolved daily customer and finance-related issues including invoicing and discrepancies.

Worked in 4person team to assess ergonomics at 262 operator workstations across six production areas. Analyzed collected data using SPSS and other statistical tools to identify key ergonomic risks and improvement opportunities. Developed action plans to address identified issues and support implementation. Supported production and continuous improvement activities throughout the project. Contributed to a 20% improvement in ergonomic conditions and €80K cost savings, improving overall operational efficiency

Supported Kaizen and 5S activities to improve daily processes and workplace organization. Conducted OEE analysis and identified an OEE of 58.66% at the analysis station, which led to targeted improvement actions. Created Gantt charts and spaghetti diagrams to help identify bottlenecks and improve process flow.

Applied Poka Yoke and Toyota production methods to enhance quality.

Thesis: Conducted an ergonomic analysis in an automotive production facility, reducing absenteeism. 581 red points were reduced to 459 through action plans, improving comfort and reducingaccidents. The projected gain was €80K.

Completed an intensive English language course and certification program.
