Plan, monitor and verify all orders after prices have been negotiated by the sales managers. Secure order processing in the SAP system from order placement to invoicing. Register sample requests , track shipments and chase customers or prospect for the results. Negotiate later delivery dates with customerss depending on product availability. Along with the GBU and quality departments concerned , participate in providing appropriate solutions to customer requirements .

Organizing all purchasing processes. Managing all customs procedures. Posting imported goods into SAP system. Following up and supervision of all import and export operations. Ensuring payments of purchased goods, customs clearance costs and freight costs. Coordination of various responsibilities with warehouse staff, customers and inside sales team Presentation of import and export files to Accountancy Deparment. Updating cash flow daily in coordination with Accountancy Department.
