During my tenure, I held the responsibility of overseeing and managing the OEM clients at Norm Fasteners. My role encompassed various KPI, including but not limited to quotation management, continuous improvement of new projects, customer nomination, price escalation handling, LTA management, and ensuring profitability. By effectively addressing these critical areas, I contributed to the overall success of Norm Fasteners in meeting the unique demands and requirements of our esteemed OEM customers.

Bahadır Makina works in the Automotive industry and the export ratio of turnover was 68%. I was working as a Single Point of Contact for the customers (from UK, Germany, France) about all topics. Increased business volume by 60% in two years.

Tor Demir works with the Railway, White Goods, Automotive, Electro Mechanics industries and Heavy Truck and Energy industry. I was working as a Customer Team Leader and the position was responsible for all communication with customers who request EN 15085 (Certification for Welding of Railway Vehicles and Components). I was working as a single point of contact on all issues including sample processes, quality problems, shipping performance and prices.

The company was a start-up about image processing for the IP security cameras. I was managing marketing and project analysis.

The program is mainly based on Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Project Management, Financial Analysis and Engineering Economics.
