Setting the relationship between customer and company. Heading the engineering activities and conducting on behalf of customers. Hiring people, assessing them up to their performance, having responsability for financials and invoices.

As the conduit between top management and staff, my responsibility was being responsible for managing the engineering group spending time delegating tasks, negotiating workloads, assessing performance and reporting on developments. Also having responsibility for business development and finance control internally as the profit center controller of TR zone. Varying between 24- 32 people were being under my responsibility.

Active sales and marketing of Certified Training Programs (mechatronics) to the machine-building and production sector according to the annual business plan, development and updating the curricula of the programs offered in industrial academy, cooperation with vocational schools, universities, certification companies, NGO’s, coordination and controlling of the program implementation.

Interior trim 3D/2D design, technical drawing preparation, part and assembly pursuing with OEM manufacturers, product verification, ordering and releasing of assembly groups (Using Enovia/Catia PLM integration), assembly validation on production line, material optimization and weight&cost feasibility, Mock-up model manufacturing, rapid prototyping, documentation of all the engineering outputs. Leading 11 members (5 engineers, 6 technicians) as team leader.

Body structural construction, interior & exterior 3D&2D trim design by using Catia V5, body construction production processing and validations, concern responsibility, team leading for production and solution partnership, team leading to solve aftersales problems, solution partnership with OEM manufacturers, prototype preparation and vehicle part & assy release management, documentation of all the engineering outputs.
